One of my clients, Dr. Jim Dores, made a video about his journey from the beginning to now, and I’d like to share it with you.
Back in 2007, Dr. Jim Dores was diagnosed with Spasmodic Dysphonia, a voice disorder that causes words to sound strangled. He bought a Practice with a difficult staff, and low New Patient numbers. The atmosphere was negative, revenue was dropping, and the tension was spilling over into his home life.
“I didn’t know if we would be able to pay the bills. I would go to the grocery wondering if my card would go through. It was hard to watch Jim go to work when he really didn’t want to go,” said Kim Dores.
After being threatened and blackmailed by a staff member, Dr. Dores decided enough was enough. In the mail, he had received his team’s results for the Mystery Call, and he decided to take a leap of faith by investing in an On-Site Telephone Training with the Scheduling Institute. After witnessing the results just a few months later, he was hooked. While he had only seen 57 New Patients in 2009, he saw OVER 730 in 2014!
Using Scheduling Institute techniques, his referrals grew from 12 in 2009, to 228 in 2014.
